If you are not satisfied with our product, you can carry out the return and exchange processes by following the steps below.

• Our product must be unused.
• You must submit your return or exchange request to info@raraatelier.com within 14 days .
• The product must be returned to RARA within 14 days, in the same manner in which it was sent to you, together with all accessories and protective equipment .
• The shipping or postage costs for returning the product must be paid by you.
• In case of exchange, the product must be returned to RARA unused, complete, and with all accessories and protective equipment ; if a product exchange is requested, the shipping or postage costs to be paid for the return of the product to RARA will be your responsibility.
